Some more CFLs burn out...
So, I sent this out to FEIT and hopefully they will respond.
All the work is still paying off and I actually climbed up into the attic the other day and made some more progress on the radiant barrier while the temps were cooler outside.
Eventually LED bulbs will be even better but, they are still not bright enough for most uses and where they are the costs are still too high.
I also, recently tried to get on a trial for a next generation solar system for my home. So, far no luck but I will keep trying.

Support,
A few months ago I had 4 bulbs that burnt out within a 1 month or so of putting them in. Eventually I got the replacements (I heard an ex-employee lost all the replacement info). It took nearly 3 months to get the last replacements.
I hope your computer system is better now. For some odd reason I have had 6 bulbs burn out in the last 2 or 3 weeks in different places of my home. All of them are 23 watt (100 Watt replacement) CFLs. All were bought and installed in March/April 2007 most were bought at Walgreens and were subsidized by SDGE.
Here are my list of questions?
1) How do I get replacements for each bulb?
2) Are you having a quality problem? Bad batch? I have about 60 of these and between the last bath and this batch I will have had 10 that burnt out well before their expected life span. They are expected to last for 7 years. It has been 7 months.
3) Have you any improved versions of these bulbs that you can replace them with?
Regards,
Aaron Baranoff
